Are you ready to lead a revolutionary approach that puts tenants at the centre of everything we do? At Trivallis, our ambitious new tenant services strategy is transforming how we support our communities.  As Head of Housing & Tenancy Sustainability, you’ll champion this change, ensuring our services are built around people, not processes, to make a real difference where it matters most.

Team around the tenant

At Trivallis, we’re committed to making each tenant feel supported by a team that works seamlessly together. With our “Team around the Tenant” approach, everyone involved in supporting our tenants—housing officers, support staff, and more—works collaboratively, focusing on the individual needs of each tenant. This means that instead of dealing with different departments separately, tenants experience a united team that listens, responds, and takes action as one. It’s a simpler, more personal way to provide the support that matters, ensuring tenants feel valued and empowered.

The role

You’ll guide our “Team Around the Tenant” initiative, shifting from traditional, top-down structures to a collaborative model that listens to tenants’ needs. You’ll lead and support your team to provide high-quality, proactive support, while managing our Support and Sheltered Housing functions. With operational responsibility, you’ll ensure compliance with housing regulations, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement. As part of Trivallis’ leadership team, you’ll work to ensure tenants receive personalised support that enables them to thrive.

About you

We’re looking for a collaborative and compassionate leader with experience in housing or support services. You’re motivated to make a meaningful difference and have a track record of inspiring high-performing teams. Inclusivity is at your core, and you bring a fresh, forward-thinking perspective. You’re a skilled communicator who builds trust through clear, empathetic interactions. If you’re excited to help us reimagine housing support in South Wales and put tenants first, we’d love to hear from you.

Why join Trivallis?

At Trivallis, we’re more than just a landlord. We’re redefining what it means to support our communities. Trustworthiness, kindness, progressiveness, and inclusivity are at the heart of our culture. Our goal is simple: to improve the wellbeing of our tenants and empower them to thrive.

We offer more than just a job; we offer a career that makes a difference. You’ll work alongside passionate colleagues, enjoy competitive benefits, and have the opportunity to grow in an environment that celebrates kindness and inclusivity. This is your chance to be part of a progressive team, driving positive change in the lives of those we serve. Together, we can build a brighter future for everyone.

Some of the benefits you’ll enjoy include:

  • A generous 30-day annual leave entitlement
  • Generous Local Government Defined Pension scheme
  • Health Shield Cash Back plan for you and your family
  • Flexible working arrangements to help you achieve a healthy work-life balance
  • A comprehensive learning and development programme with investment in your personal growth
