As a Senior Community Housing Officer, you'll play a pivotal role in this exciting journey, ensuring our services are built around people, not processes.

It’s a simpler, more personal way to provide the support that matters, ensuring tenants feel valued and empowered.
The role
As a Senior Community Housing Officer, you'll lead and support a team of Community Housing Officers to deliver a tenant-focused housing service. You'll manage, develop, and coach your team to build lasting relationships with tenants and communities. Your aim is to ensure safe, high-quality, and sustainable tenancies and neighbourhoods. Acting as a role model, you'll foster collaboration and professionalism. You'll coordinate services, support your team in resolving issues like anti-social behaviour, and develop local estate plans with communities. You'll make effective decisions to enhance the wellbeing of tenants and colleagues.
About you
We're looking for someone who leads by example and embodies our values in every interaction. You're compassionate and proactive, with significant experience in housing management and team leadership. You will need excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships. And with a relevant qualification and a proven track record in managing and developing teams within a housing-related service, you’ll understand housing legislation and best practices in detail. Please note, a valid driving licence and access to a vehicle are required.
