The Vacancy
About Us…
We are a community mutual housing association which is owned by our tenants, rooted in our local communities, working in collaboration and partnership with our stakeholders.
We provide homes to 25,000 people in Rhondda Cynon Taff and Cardiff Bay. Our primary role is delivering homes which are safe, secure and affordable to people who are in most need. However, we are more than a landlord. We are a tenant-owned, locally anchored and collaborative organisation. Our role in community development, community regeneration and individual wellbeing is at the heart of what we do.
We employ over 400 staff who work across our neighbourhoods, repairs, safety compliance, customer service, development and corporate teams. Everyone at Trivallis works to put the needs of our tenants first, build good relationships and provide a great service.
We are entering an exciting phase of our organisational journey. We have our new Corporate Plan and strategic framework in place. Our next step is to develop a Digital and Data strategy that will guide the organisation through the next few years, allowing us to innovate with emerging technologies whilst ensuring our technology and data governance arrangements are first class. As our subject matter expert, you will have a key role to play in developing our thinking and ambitions in this key area.
We are proud to be a Disability Confident employer, which means we are committed to ensuring fair opportunities for disabled people and providing a supportive workplace.
We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome applications from people of all backgrounds, abilities, and experiences. Our recruitment process is designed to be as inclusive as possible. Please contact People.Services@trivallis.co.uk if you have any specific needs.
We support flexible working and job share arrangements and are happy to discuss how we can make this role work for you. If you feel you meet most of the requirements listed, we encourage you to apply, as we value potential and transferable skills as much as experience.

The Company
The performance of our organisation is influenced by our people within it. Progressive growth, progressive ideas, progressive culture. Our recipe for success is demanding more of ourselves, stretching and striving to do things that haven’t been done before but that truly improve the lives of our tenants within our communities.
Are you looking for a career where you can make a real difference to the quality of people’s lives and our services? We are one of the largest housing associations in Wales and provide 10,000 homes and a diverse range of services to our residents, their families and communities.
Over recent months we have developed ambitious plans to change and improve how we deliver services. These plans were developed by listening to residents, staff and partners and looking at how new technology can make our services more accessible and responsive to our customers.
If you think you could be as excited as we are about the future, we would be delighted to hear from you. We are looking for highly motivated individuals who have a genuine passion and demonstrable experience of delivering quality services as well as transferable skills gained in the private or public sector.
