The Role
As a Planner you will play a key role in supporting teams across Trivallis to achieve safe and affordable homes where people feel happy and well.
You will be supporting Trivallis teams in managing repairs are completed in your tenants homes.
Working closely with colleagues from different departments, you will be enabling a collaborative working environment.
About You
We're looking for a highly organised and adaptable individual with previous experience in planning and scheduling essential.
The ability work to SLA targets and deliver for our tenants.
A keen eye for detail and the ability to follow and monitor processes effectively are essential.
The ideal candidate will have experience engaging with both customers and the workforce, demonstrating excellent communication and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel, is important. You should be comfortable handling a variety of operational enquiries efficiently while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
